Situation one
In Rida’s early years, her eyes worked really well. She could spot tiny birds perched on trees and read what was on the classroom board. However, things changed suddenly. Her eyesight began to weaken, and she couldn’t do the activities she enjoyed before. Nowadays, she struggles to see the classroom board from a distance and can’t join in games with her pals. Despite these challenges, she holds onto a wish – to fully participate in everything at school.
How can you make Rida feel part of things?
To make rida feel included. We will continually welcome her to be a part of every aspect of our school journey. For example In our group discussion, we will as her to share her opinion.
Situation two
Marche Chakma just switched from a school in Bandarban to one in the city. Even though he’s good at English and his mother tongue, he finds it hard with Bangla. Sometimes, he feels a bit shy in class because of his unique way of speaking.’
How can you ensure he feels more embraced and comfortable?
We will help her to learn our language. We will included our cultural festival,game,picnic.So that he can feel more welcome.
Situation three
Kanka’s dad has a job as a helper at the school he goes to. His family doesn’t have as much money as some of the other kids in his class. Sometimes, he can’t buy new clothes or go on school trips, and he doesn’t have the newest gadgets. He sometimes feels left out.
How can you be supportive of Kanka?
Firstly,We will not look down him in school. We can make the school environment friendly for him at festivals.We can invite him to our home and we can also visit his house as well.
Situation four
Rodoshi, a sixth-grader, recently shifted to a neighborhood where most people follow the Muslim faith. When the Pooja festivals come around, she finds herself missing her friends from her previous home. Back there, she had friends who shared her religious beliefs, but now she feels a bit lonely. Rodoshi hopes that she can join in and celebrate festivals with her new neighbors.
How can you assist Rodoshi in easing her feelings of loneliness?
We can join her festivals to make her let alone. Additionally, we have the option to ask her to participate in our celebrations.
